From Hallgarten to Rüdesheim, where the Rhine river changes its course, the vines grow with protection of the Taunus mountains. The varied soils, from loam and loess to quartzite, create many facets in this dry white wine. Perfect for everyday cuisine or a cosy get-together, this wine is best served at 8-10 degrees Celsius. It has an alcohol content of 12.0% vol. and a residual sugar of 8.5 g/l, with an acidity of 7.4 g/l. Available in a 75cl size, this wine is suitable for both men and women.
