The grapes are grown under the protection of the Taurus mountains, where the Rhine river changes its course, creating southern slopes that receive plenty of sunshine. The varied soil, ranging from loam and loess to quartzite, adds many facets to the wine. This wine is perfect for everyday cuisine or a cozy gathering, and is best served at a temperature of 8-10 degrees Celsius.
