Sasaki Nishijin Tokubetsu Junmai Sake is a Japanese rice wine made from rice carefully polished to 50% and fermented at low temperature for a long period using Ginjo yeast developed in Kyoto. It is mild, refreshing and smooth, accompanied by a fruity aroma. This sake pairs well with a variety of savoury dishes, including beef and grilled fish. The bottle features a head crown made of local Nishijin textile, Kinran. It is available in a 75cl size and has an ABV of 15.1%. Best served chilled between 6 °C to 13 °C.
