The Riesling Réserve maintains the classic Trimbach dry style, and yet is gloriously easy-going and friendly in nature. It has delicious and impressively complex scents of green apple, tropical fruit, beeswax, honey and sun-warmed pine forest. You can enjoy this straight away, and it will gain richness and aged nuance if you choose to cellar it. This wine comes from superior vineyards, situated around the town of Ribeauvillé, and benefiting from a cool breeze which flows down a combe that extends 14km into the Vosges, helping to mitigate the summer heat.
