Soft and gentle on the palate, with juicy raspberry and vanilla notes, it is rounded and sumptuous already. While more intensity and complexity could in theory develop with bottle age, it almost certainly will not, since nobody can resist enjoying it straight away. Medium-bodied, with soft tannins, this is a classic expression of Alsace Pinot Noir - traditionally served slightly chilled.
