This dry Dornfelder has an intense aroma of ripe sweet cherry, plum and raspberry jam. A typical Dornfelder, it is dark in colour, fruity, appealing and palatable. This makes it suitable for many occasions, and can even be served slightly chilled in summer. The grapes come from the steep slopes of Lieser, in the heart of the Mosel region, where the winery's deep respect for tradition and work in harmony with nature guarantees excellent qualities. It pairs perfectly with strongly flavoured dishes, braised meat and roasts.
