Kochan & Platz's Riesling Sekt Brut is a fine, fresh and fruity sparkling wine with aromas of citrus, peach and apricot. It has a low residual sweetness, fine perlage and pleasant acidity. The wine is produced by the Kochan & Platz winery, located in Lieser, which has a deep respect for tradition and works in harmony with nature to guarantee excellent qualities. The winery's vineyards have a unique terroir, characteristic of the Mosel region. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, with a storage time on the yeast determined by Sekt classification rules, requiring at least nine months for bottle fermentation. In this case, the wine was fermented for 20 months. This unisex wine is suitable for all, with an alcohol content of 12.5% and a size of 75cl.
