This Riesling was produced from a small harvest of grapes grown on vines that are over 70 years old. Mineralic and delicate, it is playful with great freshness, gripping, with very fine fruit flavours. The wine shows a perfect balance between fruit and spice. A white wine with an elegant structure and lively finish. The Kochan & Platz winery is located on Lieser, in the heart of the Mosel, where the vineyards have steep slopes and terroir unique to the region. The winery's deep respect and harmony with nature guarantees excellent quality wine. The grapes are gently pressed immediately after delivery to the winery, and the must is clarified and fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-18°C.
