Wirsching's 2022 Iphöfer Julius Echter Berg Silvaner Grand Cru is a dry white wine with an intense bouquet and a full body. It is characterised by mineral, wild herb, spicy and fruity notes such as nectarine and apricot. This wine is intense, powerful and long-lasting, with a range of flavours including a herbal character, balsamic richness, a clear and distinctive mineral tone and creaminess that evolves slowly on the palate. As a young wine, it is already a pure indulgence, but its best drinking time is yet to come. In about 10 years, it will have reached its peak, and a mature wine devotee will appreciate its aromas, which will have developed to perfection by then. The wine is produced from Wirsching's first-class Franconian site, Julius-Echter-Berg, and is suitable for both men and women.
