This Scheurebe Premier Cru has a great aromatic play with a concentrated aroma. The aroma is reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc, however, it is much fruitier despite being a dry white wine. It fascinates with its exotic fruit aromas of mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, and lemon balm. With its intense aroma and harmonious taste, this Scheurebe from old vines impresses. Scheurebe is a cross between Riesling and Silvaner. Wirsching are considered a regional pioneer of this grape variety, as they planted the very first Scheurebe in Franconia in 1952. Their many years of experience make them a true Scheurebe expert. This wine is the perfect companion to aromatic dishes, fruity or spicy Asian dishes, or a cheese platter. It is aged in stainless steel and made from grapes grown in an alternating sequence of coloured clay and sulphate rocks, formed over millions of years. This wine has a full body and is suitable for both men and women.
