The sherry casks are specifically old Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Bodegas Navarro in Montilla, Spain. Nutty, rich flavours deliver a complex and deeply satisfying single malt. Log-fire smokiness combines with sea salt, dried pineapple, cloves, vanilla and Christmas cake.
