This is an incredibly smooth and refreshing sparkling rosé, with a delicate sweetness and a rich aroma of strawberry. The pink colour is 100% natural and given by the black rice, which is full of anthocyanins. The bubbles are also natural and come from a second bottle fermentation. It is a junmai ginjo sparkling sake, made with water, rice, koji, and yeast. Serve well chilled (4-8°C).
