A dry white wine from the Laurentiuslay Grand Cru Riesling, grown in soil rich in grey slate. This elegant wine has a cool, mineralic note and a precise, pure nature in the taste. The lively acidity of tangy grapefruit and freshness of mint give this wine its juicy fullness. The finish is delightful, with a clear striking length that perfects the deep aroma of the Riesling. Made from 65- to 100-year-old vines, which are gradually being replaced due to esca. Aged to 12.5% vol. and with a residual sugar of 7.7 g/l and acidity of 4.3 g/l. Available in a 75cl bottle, suitable for both men and women.
