Dominio del Aguila Canta la Perdiz Red Wine, 75cL, Predominantly Tempranillo, Spain, Castilla y Leon, Ribera del Duero, 2016By Winebuyers

£389

1 x 75cl. The producer of this wine is known for its very fine wines, which are made from old vines grown at high altitudes near the village of La Aguilera. The vineyards are farmed organically, and the wines are made traditionally. The old vineyard has a mix of Tempranillo, Garnacha, Carinena, Bobal, Blanca del Pais, and other grape varieties. The Dominio del Aguila Canta La Perdiz comes from the oldest vines in a single co-planted vineyard, mostly Tempranillo with Carinena and Bobal, and spends 30 months in oak. The label shows a blue electric guitar to denote a cooler vintage, a fiery piano for warm, and an eagle for moderate. This Reserva is an extremely limited release in finer years.
