Since the 1990s, Cillar de Silos has been one of the pioneering wineries in revitalising the Ribera del Duero region. At their second winery, Dominio del Pidio, the Aragón García family produce only village wines originating from Quintana del Pidio (Burgos). This wine is a vibrant and elegant blend of Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) and Albillo Mayor grapes from very old vines.
