£229

1 x 75cl. The producer, Domaine Drouhin-Laroze, is a prestigious estate in Burgundy, managed by Philippe Drouhin, who took over from his father Bernard after many years of working alongside him. The domaine cultivates 11 hectares of vines in some of the most renowned vineyards of the Côte d'Or, allowing the vine and terroir to express themselves while respecting traditions and embracing modern techniques. Founded by Jean-Baptiste Laroze in 1850, the estate is now in its 5th and 6th generations, with Philippe's son Nicolas joining to ensure continuity. Domaine Drouhin-Laroze is known for producing consistently good to very good wines, particularly its Chambolle-Musigny, a blend of premier cru Les Baudes and a touch of village Verroilles, and its outstanding Bonnes Mares bottling. The wine is a red wine, suitable for both men and women.
