This dry Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) is light golden yellow in colour. It has aromas of apple, hazelnut and citrus fruit, as well as delicate floral notes. Filigree acidity combines with subtle fruity notes. Made using temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, this wine is a perfect accompaniment to rabbit or guinea fowl terrines accompanied by a fine salad or asparagus au gratin with orange sabayon. A crisp and refreshing wine, suitable for both men and women.
