This Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) Grand Cru is rich golden yellow in colour. It's a dry white wine with elegant fruit notes of ripe pineapple and pear, and a very harmonious acid structure. The wine is smooth and has a broad length, with a crumpled-paper texture. It's a great match for fried crustaceans such as lobster sauce or filet of monkfish in Pinot Gris sauce. The grapes were grown on old terraces in Loess, fermented partially in barrels and left on the lees for 8 months. The wine is bottled in July 2023, with an alcohol content of 13.5% vol. and a size of 75cl. It's suitable for both men and women.
