This Becker 2019 Kammerberg Spätburgunder Grand Cru is a dry red wine. On the nose, it has aromas of wild berries, tobacco, and black tea. The palate is dense, powerful, and juicy, with a deep ruby red color. It has very good length, an elegant freshness, and excellent structure. The wine is made from grapes carefully selected by hand, de-stemmed, and fermented on the skins. After two to three weeks of fermentation in open oak vats, the grapes were gently pressed. The wine matured for 18 months in small oak barrels and was bottled without filtration. This wine is suitable for both men and women to enjoy.
