Adnams 9 Year Old Single Malt, Sauternes Cask has spent seven years maturing in second fill French Oak casks to give a smooth, elegant whisky, before being finished in two ex-sauternes barriques for a further 2 years.. This release is a one-off with only 700 bottles produced and is a great example of the quality of Adnams' whisky production skills..
