This take on the classic Zombie cocktail makes use of 3 of Two Drifters Carbon Negative rums, including their amazing Overproof Spiced Pineapple Rum! Ingredients25ml Two Drifters White Rum25ml Two Drifters Signature Rum15ml Overproof Spiced Pineapple Rum (for float)20ml fresh lime juice40ml pineapple juice (or grapefruit juice)15ml grenadine (optional, but adds colour and a bit of sweetness)1 dash Angostura bittersCrushed ice InstructionsAdd the white rum, dark rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, and bitters to a shaker filled with crushed ice. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds. Pour everything into a large glass or tiki mug (no need to strain). Gently float the overproof rum on top using the back of a spoon. Garnish with a mint sprig, orange slice, or maraschino cherry. For a theatrical presentation, soak a half lime shell in the overproof rum, place it gently on top of the cocktail and set it on fire before serving!
