The Copper Strainer Bar Spoon features a perforated spoon design, allowing you to drain ice cubes and built drinks for minimal dilution. This unique bar spoon has a flat curved tip, making it easy to layer drinks, replicating the shape and functionality of a normal spoon head. The tight twisted stem provides comfortable rolling between fingers. Made from 18/8 Japanese steel, the spoon is then polished to a copper plating, offering a high level of corrosion resistance.
