The Vandoren V12 Alto Saxophone Reeds have a thicker heel and a longer palette than the Traditional reeds. A deeper richer sound is produced by the increased surface area while the thicker tip increases reed longevity. With the same high qualify in all registers and a warm velvety sound the V12s are responsive and adaptable. Vandorens reeds will also stay fresh thanks to their airtight packaging.
