Orange flushed vermilion red, inside yellow base. Tulip Royal Charm is a new lily-flowered tulip; the leaves are held lower down the stem with a wavy edge. Lily flowered tulips are noted for their champagne flute flowers, adding extra texture to the garden border. This is a very impressive late-flowering tulip.
