Tulip Clusiana Chrysantha is a species tulip with buttercup-yellow inner petals and a rose-carmine exterior that creates a two-tone effect as the buds open in March and April. Compact at 20cm and genuinely perennial in well-drained soil. Plant it with Crocus Tommasinianus for an early naturalistic combination in rockery or gravel.
