Typically, our High waistband comes up just under the bust. Customers who have shorter torsos or consider themselves petite might find that the High comes up much too high on them, above their bra even, so Mid tends to work better. Equally, our High waistband offers a light smoothing effect around the middle, and many of our customers tell us they feel more confident with it, especially when worn under a dress.
