The Suigei Kaju Buntan is a luxurious citrus liqueur based on Japanese sake, featuring 35% fruit juice from Kochi's specialty citrus fruits, buntan (pomelo) and yuzu. This liqueur blends the refreshing, juicy sweetness of these citrus fruits with the rich, clean taste of sake, creating a delicate and smooth drink. It is produced by Suigei Brewery in Kouchi prefecture. The liqueur is best served straight, on the rocks, or with soda water. Store it in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
