Title: Steenberg 'Black Swan' Sauvignon Blanc, Constantia | A 75cl bottle of White Wine from Steenberg, the first wine farm in South Africa, established in 1682. Located near Cape Town, the farm was purchased by J.C.I in 1990 and later by Graham Beck in 2005. The Black Swan Sauvignon Blanc 2020 offers aromas of nettle, gunflint, elderflower, and fynbos, with a palate of fresh lemon zest, stone fruit, and asparagus. The wine boasts a zesty acidity and a full, long finish achieved through extended lees contact in tank. An excellent food wine.
