Our pulled beef ragu is slow cooked for 4 hours giving a great depth of flavour which is enhanced with added smoked bacon lardons, red wine, garlic, thyme, bay leaf and cinnamon. We’ve topped it with a creamy béchamel sauce (with a hint of nutmeg) and a generous helping of Somerset cheddar. Convenience doesn’t have to mean compromising on quality or ethics.
