The Shire Planed Log Box is a robust log chest with hinged lid and slatted sides and base for improved airflow. The lid is made from solid sheet board and felt is supplied to provide some protection from the weather. Chains are provided to prevent the lid from over-extending. Sides and lid are all fully framed, providing excellent strength and support. Made from pressure treated timber to reduce the likelihood of rot or decay.
