The Shire Delmora Summerhouse 8x8 with Verandah is an 8x6ft building with a 2ft verandah extending from the front. It would make an impressive and striking feature in your garden. The walls, roof and floor are all tongue & groove clad for superior strength. The doors, complete with a ring latch, are mortice and tenon jointed and the windows have toughened glass as standard. The Delmora is supplied flat packed for ease of handling and assembly. All fittings including the roofing felt are included along with easy-to-follow illustrated assembly instructions. When you receive your Delmora Summerhouse it will have been dip-treated during manufacture in a base coat treatment to help protect it during transit. We would also recommend that, prior to assembly, you treat all wooden parts (both inside and out) with a quality preservative in a colour of your choice, to maintain the manufacturers warranty.
