The Shire Avance Summerhouse has a simple and elegant design, made from tongue and groove clad panels for the floor and walls. The roof is a solid sheet OSB. The canopied roof overhangs the front of the building to provide some shade. The large windowed double doors allow as much light as possible into the summerhouse. The modular design of this Shire product allows the customer to take the components of the Avance through a mid-terrace house or narrow pathway into their back garden. Full assembly instructions are included within the package, along with any fixtures and fittings you should need.
