The Shaw 14 10 Lug Snare Side Triple Flange Drum Hoop in Chrome was designed for use on the resonant side of the snare drum. Triple flanged hoops are ideal if youre looking for a more full and open tone from the drum as the edge vibrates more freely with a longer sustain than hoops that are made from die-cast. All Shaw triple-flanged hoops are made from 2.3mm steel with an attractive high chrome finish. Experiment by combining with other hoop types for a unique timbre.
