This Easter, we're making the most of Harry as Ginger Beard's booze infusing genius and brought in two of his booziest preserves for glazing our hams. This works on our Ready-to-Glaze hams, but is also great when cooking a ham from scratch at home using one of our spectacular free-range gammons. GingerBeard’s Preserves was founded in a one-bed basement flat in Montpellier, Bristol in 2014 by Harry and Claire. The mission is to bring their awesome tasting preserves and sauces to the people of Bristol and beyond. As well as traditional style jams, chutneys and marmalades, they produce a range of craft preserves and sauces ranging across several categories from hot sauce to mustard. Like so many of our partners, they only use natural ingredients, so you won’t find any artificial preservatives or additives in any product.
