Some of our bigger ones require wiring in a plug (which might involve a Part P Certified electrician), but otherwise all instructions will be included. If you've got any questions, why not check out our Installation Guide for tipson installation location, power and even style tips! Corten is a type of steel that naturally weathers over time, developing an attractive and protective rust layer. This layer develops due to the elements active in the alloys of the steel which regenerates continuously when subjected to water & oxygen. Although to achieve the finished look the steel has rusted, the surface layer acts as a protective coating and reduces further corrosion. When you receive your corten steel product, it will appear silver - once exposed to the elements for at least 3 days, the rust layer will start to form to give the product it's final rustic look. Please note: Corten steel takes approximately three days to start to develop its protective layer, depending on weather conditions. If you wish to speed up this process, you can rub salt and/or vinegar. The Corten material takes approximately 3 days to start to develop its protective layer - depending on weather conditions - progressing from traditionally silver steel to the earthy hue of oxidised metal, bringing a burst of orange to complement flowers and gardens. Special welding techniques are used to ensure consistent weathering for the optimum antique feel. As a self-contained feature, this arrives with everything you need to get it working immediately, and there is no need to buy a separate reservoir; simply add water, connect it up to the power, and you're ready! Perfect for outdoor use, this water feature is guaranteed to provide a stunning focal point to any garden or patio area.Plastic Reservoir The reservoir can be hidden underground, leaving only the delightful water feature to be seen in your garden. The reservoir has a capacity of 200 litres and comes complete with a handy access panel, which allows you to get at the pump easily when necessary. Pebbles or slate can be placed on the lid of the reservoir when everything has been fixed into place, offering an attractive contrast between the sleek modern feature and the natural world. It also serves the dual purpose of concealing the feet and the pump.Features Made from corten steel, a naturally self-rusting material that requires no painting or maintenance for an aesthetic that doesn't compromise on structural integrity Contemporary design to suit both inside and outside spaces Strong plastic reservoir to give added support to your water feature Contains everything you need no need to buy extra parts or separate reservoir DimensionsWater Feature Height: 65cm (2ft 2½in) Width: 33cm (1ft 1in) Depth: 55cm (1ft 9½in) Weight: 30kg Power Supply: Mains power only Reservoir Height 36cm (1ft 2in) Width 93.5cm (3ft ¾in) Depth 62cm (2ft ½in)H65cm Sentosa Cascading Corten Steel Water Feature | Indoor/Outdoor Use by Ambienté© This magnificent water feature is manufactured from Corten steel, which provides it with its spectacular unique appearance.
