The Sela 20" Wind Gong Sun is a handmade bronze gong suited to meditation sound therapy and musical performance. Crafted in China from a special bronze alloy it produces the broad sustained sound that traditional wind gongs are known for. Its flat profile creates an even sound field with a rich overtone spectrum making it well suited to immersive soundscapes relaxation sessions or adding dramatic textures to live performances.The distinctive Sun finish combines an untreated matte bronze surface with polished concentric rings creating a unique visual contrast while subtly shaping the gongs response. The polished areas add clarity and projection without losing the earthy complex character of the untreated bronze. Visible hammer marks and natural patina ensure every gong has its own appearance and sound. A fleece-covered beech mallet is included for comfortable playing while the black carrying bag helps protect the gong during transport and storage.
