Scilly Spirit Island Whisky is a Single Grain, Single Cask small batch English Whisky. This is the second cask released - the first one sold out very quickly! The whisky has matured in an oak ex-Bourbon Cask at 60% Alc. Once matured the strength was balanced out at 46% Alc. before bottling. Only 204 bottles were made, so if you want one, get in quick!
