Satsuma Sleepy Owl 'The Harmonics' is a 7 year old Japanese Shochu, made from a blend of 7 year old Japanese barley Shochu aged in French Limousin oak barrels with other reserved liquor. This traditional, authentic Japanese distilled spirit is characterized by single distillation and the retention of the flavor and aroma of its base ingredients. It is a 'Honkaku Shochu', made from grains and vegetables, with sweet potato, barley, rice, buckwheat and sugar cane being the most common base ingredients. Satsuma Sleepy Owl 'The Harmonics' is a limited quantity available, with a 39% ABV and a 720ml size. It can be served at room temperature, on the rocks, or with soda water.
