Ryujo Revive by Dandelion is a unique sake made in small batches using yeast extracted from Dandelion flowers. This Kijoshu style sake brings forward sweet yet balanced flavours with umami and slightly bitter notes. Our tasting notes include rice and umami aromas with a honey-like sweetness, meeting a hint of herbaceousness. On the palate, a soft and creamy texture brings forward a sweet flavour of shortbread biscuit with honey, with a touch of peach meeting a pleasant bitterness and a lingering umami finish. This sake pairs well with bruschetta with Gorgonzola, Parma ham, walnuts, carrot cake, and almond croissant. Serve chilled at 8-12°C and store in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
