Rust-Oleum CombiColor Original Satin White (RAL 9010) is to be applied to bare metal or rust and is extremely long-lasting and durable. It can be applied in temperatures as low as 5°C and is designed to be a primer and topcoat all in one. The paint contains rust-inhibitive pigments and is lead and chromate free. It is also is sag resistant and doesn't leave brush strokes.
