Revive from Ninja is an ethical gin made from sake that was never used due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Brewed by Seko Shuzo in Shiga prefecture, it combines Japanese botanicals with a unique umami taste. The nose features the greenness of sudachi, sencha green tea, and myoga, while the palate has a distinct bitter and Japanese seasoning taste. Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
