What are whole black truffles? We carefully select the highest quality truffles & preserve them at the peak of the season, when they are at their most flavorful. Our preservation process extends the life of the truffle by up to 18 months, allowing you to enjoy the incredible taste of truffle at any time of year. Unlike our minced or sliced truffles, this product is left whole for you to prepare as you wish. What does it taste like? The truffle is firm to the bite, followed by a rich & earthy black truffle flavor. How should I use it? Slice the truffle straight from the jar to use as a luxury garnish, or finely chop to add texture to your meal. We recommend trying on scrambled eggs, pasta or salads.
