Original PS4 with two controllers, Driveclub, FIFA and Little Big Planet 3. Console power cable and a controller cable are included. Haven't played this for a while, but never had any issues with the console and I've checked that it still seems fine. Will factory reset it before sending. I think one of the controllers showed signs of stick drift but I might be wrong. Some signs of use which I've tried to photograph, let me know if you want to see more or have questions.
