No.4 British Kummel is a classic European liqueur, often associated with golf. Our brief was to create a version perfect for a classic Silver Bullet cocktail, but equally delicious served from the freezer over ice. We aimed for impeccable balance, texture, and botanical subtlety alongside the classic Kummel notes of caraway, fennel, and cumin. Sipped neat, from the freezer, VRSD No.4 Kummel is clean, precise, and not overly sweet. Caraway is joined by subtleties of grapefruit, coriander seed, cumin, fennel seed, and orris. When chilled, it's viscous and oily, yet crystalline and refreshing from the cold. With dilution or in cocktails, notes of anise and baking spices emerge.
