Fermented in stainless steel with a four-week maceration, completed malolactic in tank, then matured 12 months in barrique (partly new).. TASTING NOTES. Colour: Deep, dark ruby with purple highlights.Nose: Multi-layered aromas of black cherry, wild forest berries and bittersweet chocolate.Palate: Balanced and powerful—ripe black fruit wrapped in grippy yet velvety tannins; fine structure and freshness.
