It has had a screen protector on since day one, so the screen should be in perfect condition if you take it off! I might have the box in storage so if you're interested, send me a message. No physical defects. There's a minor mark on the back but it isn't a scratch, leaves no texture, just from natural oils likely or my finger nail. No bumps from it.
