Overall in really nice condition, it has some small surface scratches which ive highlighted under a bright light but does look much better in person. Both screens are great with no heavy scratches on the touch pad. Includes Sylus This is a new 3ds LL (same as new 3ds XL) it now has European firmware and is region free. overall a nice console.
