The console does turn on but sometimes the power slider needs to be pushed multiple times for it to come on. Sometimes if it is moved about top hard when turned on the power does off or the screen goes white It reads games sometimes and does load them but doesn't always. (not sure if the pins/ game slots needs replacing) All the buttons are working including the triggers and volume. The touchscreen works. The outer shell and screens do have scratches It is being sold as for parts/ repairs due to the multiple issues No games, stylus or charger
