Newlands Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer, and a sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms include a kingâsize with enâsuite bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a twin with enâsuite walkâin shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is offâroad parking for two cars and shared external bike storage. Two wellâbehaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Youâll find a shop within 3.3 miles and a pub within 1.7 miles. Note: There are complimentary Armathwaite Hall Spa passes provided by the owner, adult use only due to the nature of the spa facilities (Must be pre-booked through the owners and subject to availability).
