This single varietal wine is made exclusively from the Tempranillo grape. It has a hot and dry climate, producing low yielding fruit of surprising intensity and varietal characteristics. Our rosé is full of lively summer fruit flavours, just off-dry in style to be perfect to drink on its own or with a wide variety of fish and white meat dishes. Serve with grilled chicken or fish, Spanish hams and cheeses, and Salade Niçoise.
